Amyra Dastur started her career at the tender age of 16 as a model for commercials. Some of these commercials include brands like Clean and Clear, Dove, Vodafone and Micromax. However, she made her Bollywood debut in the movie Issaq starring Prateik Babbar. Amyra has also starred in an international film opposite Jackie Chan called Kung Fu Yoga. Amyra’s last on-screen work was in Kaalakaandi, a comedy film starring Saif Ali Khan and Judgementall Hai Kya another comedy featuring Rajkumar Rao and Kangana Ranaut.
Here’s a closer look at Amyra’s bright and sunny yellow mini-dress:
Amyra wears a bright yellow, bodycon dress with spaghetti straps. The dress also features a built-in corset with bones to taper the fit further. The dress fits her snug and shows off her sexy curves. Looks like Amyra’s stayed fit AF during this lockdown. She accessorised her look with a gold coin pendant necklace and a gold evil eye bracelet with finger rings. I’d have definitely skipped out on that very distracting solo bracelet and let that gorgeous necklace do the talking. Alternatively, she could have also opted for a mix of hand stacks that would have complimented her look far better.
She pairs her look with a Gucci Marmont small shoulder bag in fuschia pink leather that costs approximately 1 lakh rupees. Again, another miss for me, I feel like had she paired her look with a muted bag it would have upped the ante on her dress itself that was the standout piece here. My favourite part of this look is her delicate, gold ankle strap heels with fringe detailing. This feminine shoe is perfect for a slinky dress like this one.
Amyra is the first starlet I’m seeing who stepped out in a full face of makeup and without a face mask. Risky business I would say! However, she wore her hair open and with its natural waves. She topped that off with a full face of natural makeup. Rosy tinted cheeks, matte, burnt orange lips and a silver-grey smokey eye. I feel like she would have looked far more polished had she opted for a bronze palette. Her gorgeous skin would have shone through.
